Download photos you want to keep
Shutterfly treats the request as account closure and deletes all photos linked to the account, so save copies first.

Sign in to your account
Shutterfly's help page says to sign in first. If you see a 404 error on the request page, you aren't signed in.

Submit the deletion request form
Use Shutterfly's privacy rights request form at accounts.shutterfly.com/ccpa-form.

Complete identity verification
Shutterfly may ask for extra steps to verify it's you.

Confirm in the verification email
Both the form submission and the email confirmation are required to start the deletion.

What stays out there
Deleting your Shutterfly account removes your photos and profile from Shutterfly. It doesn't remove your name and address from the broker and people-search records built from past orders and shipping data.
