Check you can use self-service deletion
SHEIN says the self-service option is for customers based in the EU, UK or US. Elsewhere, SHEIN says you can't delete the account on your own and should contact customer service with your reason.

Clear pending orders and your wallet balance
Self-service deletion is only available when you have no pending orders and no remaining wallet balance.

Back up anything you want to keep
SHEIN says that once the deletion is processed, everything in the account is deleted and may not be recovered.

Open My Account > Account Security
Sign in on the SHEIN app or site and open My Account, then Account Security.

Choose Delete Account and verify the request
Select Delete Account and follow the prompts to verify the request.
Watch out for
- Deletion is permanent. SHEIN says everything in the account is deleted and may not be recovered.
- Open orders and a leftover wallet balance block self-service deletion until they're resolved.
- Outside the EU, UK and US, SHEIN says you have to go through customer service instead of deleting the account yourself.

Submit a request in the Privacy Center
SHEIN says you can exercise your right to deletion through the Request Center in its Privacy Center. You need access to the email or phone number you used to register the account.
What stays out there
Deleting your SHEIN account stops SHEIN from holding your profile and order history going forward. It doesn't touch copies in marketing lists, data brokers and people-search sites that already hold your name, email or address.
Your delivery address is the detail most likely to have spread, since it can end up in people-search listings. Serus finds where your details are listed and removes them.
