Watch out for
- Deleting your account permanently deletes all history and driving events, and it can't be undone.
- Deleting the account, deleting the app or leaving a Circle doesn't cancel your Life360 membership. Cancel that separately.
- Every Circle member who wants out has to delete their own account in their own app.
- You can also turn off data sharing (the Include my data toggle) and disconnect partners such as Arity in the Privacy Center without deleting anything.
- In the Privacy Center, Your Data Rights also lets you request your personal information before you delete.

Other ways to do it
- 1
Through the Privacy Center
Tap Settings in the upper left, then Privacy Center > Your Privacy Choices > Your Data Rights > Delete my account. Tap the checkbox to confirm and tap Delete My Account.
What stays out there
Life360 holds location and driving history, so deleting the account matters. It ends collection at Life360. It doesn't pull back anything already shared with partners, and it doesn't touch the copies of your name, address and phone number that data brokers and people-search sites hold.
If your location history worries you, also check what those sites show about where you live. Serus finds where your details are listed and removes them, and keeps watching for new listings.
