How to remove yourself from Eniro AB
Also known as Eniro Group AB, Eniro Sverige AB
Eniro is a Swedish directory and people-search site. The quickest way off it is its own update tool at uppdatera.eniro.se/person, which asks you to log in with BankID. The formal erasure route is a PDF form that needs an ID copy, or an email to privacy.se@eniro.com.
- Serus data
- On average, Serus sends about 184 removal requests per person, 89% of them to data brokers, so expect Eniro AB to be one of many.

How to opt out of Eniro AB
- 1
Start with Eniro's update tool
Go to uppdatera.eniro.se/person, find your name and log in with BankID. Eniro says the tool is free and lets you see, change or delete the details it shows about you.
- 2
Handle phone numbers separately
If a number comes from your mobile operator, Eniro says the operator has to withdraw it. Contact the operator, not Eniro.
- 3
Send a formal erasure request if the tool isn't enough
Fill in Eniro's right-to-be-forgotten form (a PDF) and attach the ID copy it asks for, or write to privacy.se@eniro.com. The controller named is Eniro Group AB.
- 4
Re-check later
Search your name on eniro.se after a few weeks, then again after a few months.
Watch out for
- Eniro may refuse a deletion request and cite its right to publish, which Swedish directory sites often rely on. Having your listing hidden is the more realistic outcome.
- The formal route needs a copy of your ID and the self-service tool needs BankID. If you have neither, Eniro describes no route for you.

Does it come back?
Eniro doesn't publish a relisting policy, and Swedish privacy guides suggest repeating the removal after some time. Search your name now and then.
