About us
Anon AI Labs builds Serus, a personal AI product for security, privacy, intelligence and protection. Most of what we have is in stealth.
We want someone who won't let the product be just fine.
The role
You'll use Serus every day. You'll sign up as a new user, run the scans, read the alerts, and notice the moment something feels off. Then you'll talk to the people who hit the same problem and stay on it until it's fixed.
You work directly with the founders, designers and engineers. The technology underneath is strong; your job is to make it feel obvious to someone who has never heard of OSINT. If you do it well, it shows up in the numbers: more people get value in their first session, and more of them are still here three months later.
You need strong product taste, a real eye for detail, and the stubbornness to push for a higher bar when "good enough" is on the table.
What you'll do
- Test every new feature before it ships, and keep using the old ones.
- Go through everything a customer goes through, from the first scan to month six.
- Find what confuses people, results that aren't reliable, and screens that let them down.
- Learn from customer calls, support tickets and watching people use the product.
- Turn what you find into a short list of priorities, and work with the team until the fixes are live.
- Set the quality bar a release has to clear, and hold it.
- Track activation, repeat use, retention and churn, and check whether each change actually moved them.
- Shape new features so people see the point straight away.
What we're looking for
- Sharp product judgment and close attention to detail.
- You test things yourself and follow problems all the way through.
- You've made a customer-facing software product better, and can show it.
- You're comfortable reading analytics, running experiments and listening to users, and weighing all three.
- You work well with designers and engineers.
- You understand enough about how AI systems behave to make good calls about them.
